At Fájate Dallas Tx, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

1) Return window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Hygiene notice: Because these are intimate garments (shapewear/compression wear), we cannot accept returns with any signs of use, stains, odors, cosmetics, or altered packaging.

2) No refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items that are used/opened or missing hygiene seals

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional gifts (bundles must be returned complete)

3) Size exchanges

We offer size exchanges depending on availability.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and the new shipping cost (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

4) How to start a return

Email us at [correo@tudominio.com] with your order number, name, and reason for return.

We will send you the return authorization and return address.

Please package the item properly and share your tracking number.

5) Shipping costs

Unless there is a defect or our mistake, the customer covers the return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item and approve its condition, we will issue the refund within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.

Klarna purchases: If you paid with Klarna, we will confirm the approval and Klarna will update your invoice or process the refund to the original payment method according to their terms. If the return reduces the total, Klarna will adjust future installments.

7) Defective items or wrong orders

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the replacement or the corresponding refund.

8) Undelivered packages / returned by carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, not claimed, or refusal, we can reship it and charge the new shipping cost.

If you prefer a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.

9) Changes or cancellations

If your order has not been processed yet, we will try to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
